The Prophet SAWW: Imitable Non-Paraeil Godly Man

The Man, The Prophet and the Exemplar for human kind possesses imitable and unique characteristics that place him on top of every creation, including 123,999 prophets from Adam AS to IsaAS. What are these outstanding characteristics of The Prophet SAWW?

The Prophet SAWW did not read or write, at least until The Qur’an was revealed. Yet, he did not set a foot wrong when conveying Allah SWT’s words verbatim over twenty-three years. No Jew or Christian could belie him for he had proven his veracity and trustworthiness by his character long before he publicly declared his Prophethood at the age of forty years.

The Prophet SAWW foretold what would happen to the community after him. He foretold the division of Muslims into sects just as it happened to the Christians and Jews before them. He foretold the advent of Imam Mahdi AFS and the state of the world in the last days. We see portents and are drifting towards the inevitable.

The Prophet SAWW brought the eloquent Qur’an that challenged the Arabs and indeed everyone else to find even one verse resembling that of The Qur’an. None has been able ever to bring a verse, not for want of efforts though. Forgeries have been detected and The Qur’an has remained pure, pristine and protected for over 1400 years. The Prophet SAWW’s private and public life have shown him always to be truthful, trustworthy, kind, compassionate, considerate, brave, and generous, away from rijs (physical and spiritual impurities), paragon of virtue and “Rahmatun lil ‘Aalameen.

The Almighty SWT instilled great love for him in the heart of real believers who were ready to sacrifice everything for him. History has not preserved the life history of any man as it has done for The Prophet SAWW. Non-Muslim historians have ranked him above all men and have called him the most influential man in all history. Today five times everyday, millions of Muslims in every corner of the globe call out his name and send salutations to him and his progeny in their prayersseeking The Almighty’s Blessings on him and his progeny.

Since his days, in every corner of the earth and during every period, this Greatest of all Man has been followed by people of all races, languages, colors and nationalities. Many of those who follow him were previously Jews, Christians, pagans, idolaters, animists, agnostics or atheists. They chose to follow The Prophet SAWW because of his truthfulness, sound judgment, wisdom, reflection and foresight.9. All the persecutions and offers of wealth, power and worldly gainsshook him not nor tempted him and he stayed steadfast on The Right Path and conveyed it faithfully throughout his life.
